How do we contact you?

Do you have a physical store?

No, not at the moment.

Are your products all natural and vegan friendly?

Yes, our products are all natural. We do not use any artificial ingredients in our products. All products, except the Honey & Oats Bar, are vegan friendly.

Are these products for women only?

No. Lux and Lather provides products that are made to fit the needs of EVERYONE.

How do I make my soap bars last?

Keep soap products in a dry area when not in use. As long as you do this, the bars can last from 3-4 weeks.

Can all bars be used on the full body?

Yes. Please read the product details for usage of each product.

How often can I use the products?

How frequent you use each product is up your discretion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and more.  

Do you take Paypal? 

Yes.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

All orders take 2-5 days to be processed. Once shipped, the shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected. Once the post office is in possession of the order, I am not responsible for any delays. Please refer to the shipping policy for more information. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Do you ship worldwide?

As of right now, we only ship to locations in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What shipping company do you use?

We use the United States Post Office.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns within 7 business days of delivery. All products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not provide return shipping labels. Once we have received the return, the products will be inspected, and the refund will be issued accordingly. Please refer to the refund policy for more information.

I received my package with all the products damaged, what do I do?

Please file a claim with the U.S. post office. We are not responsible for such situations.
